Beginning Segment For Inventory Inquiry Advice BIA
BIA03 is the sender's internal document number and is used to identify the transaction in the supplier's system.
The date and time (BIA04 and BIA05) are the date and time of creation. The application will use these elements to determine the most current transaction if more than one is transmitted to Sears. The transaction may not be more than 24 hours old or it will be rejected by Sears.
Time is expressed using a 24-hour clock.
